After that go for a run:
2 km warmup run
After that 3 series of 3x30 second sprints with 30 seconds pause in between, divided by 1 minute break between each series.
After that 10-minute cooldown run.
If you cannot run, do this:
10 standard width pushups
10 situps
15 squads
10 military pushups
10 V-ups
20 calf raises
Repeat the whole series 3X.
After that finish the training with quick 40 Russian twists.
